How to shop at The NZPWI Store
- How do I buy from The NZPWI Store?
Simply browse our categories and when you find an item you want, click on the "ADD" button. The product will then be added to your Shopping Cart.
When your Shopping Cart has items in it, you'll see a summary of your Cart in the top right hand side of the page and can view or edit your cart or head directly to the Checkout from there.
To update quantities of products, simply view your cart, change the quantity of the appropriate product and click "UPDATE". If you click "CHECKOUT", you'll be taken directly to the Checkout screen without your quantities being updated.
Once you're at the Checkout, simply enter your shipping details, selecting a payment method and hit "PLACE ORDER".
Following Checkout, you'll receive an email receipt with your details and any instructions on how to make your payment if applicable.
Payment Options
- How can I pay for my order?
The NZPWI Store offers two different types of payment options.
Credit Card
This is the best payment method if you want your order FAST! Simply enter your Credit Card details at the Checkout using our Secure Form, and your Credit Card will be processed immediately.
Bank Deposit
Simply select the "Bank Deposit " option in the Checkout. From here, you'll be given instructions in your e-mail receipt on how to make your Bank Deposit to complete your order.
We'd expect you to receive your order within 2 working days of us receiving notification of your payment in our online Bank Statement.
NOTE: Please ensure you include your Order Number in your Bank Deposit. Failing to do so WILL RESULT IN A DELAY IN SHIPPING YOUR ORDER as we try to determine which order the deposit is for. Also please note that with Internet Banking, some deposits may not appear for up to two days.
Pre-orders
- What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders allow you to order an item before it has come into our warehouse. The advantage of this is that the item will be shipped to you the moment it comes into our Warehouse - much sooner than you'd get it if you wait for it's official release! This makes sure you receive your item at the earliest possible moment!
- What happens to the rest of my order?
If you've ordered a "pre-order" item, your entire order will be held and not shipped until the pre-ordered product comes into our Warehouse. We will do our best to keep you up to date on when that will be.
If you'd prefer your other items to be sent immediately, we recommend you order them immediately, and place a seperate order for your "pre-order" item.

- What are your shipping charges?
Our items are sent via ParcelPost Tracking, and our charges are currently:

When you "Checkout", you'll also get the option of upgrading your shipping to CourierPost (for an additional $3.00) or CourierPost with Signature Required (for an additional $4.50). CourierPost has a target delivery of 1 working day, whereas ParcelPost's target delivery is 1 to 3 working days.
- Can I come to your store and buy off the shelves?
No. Our warehouse isn't able to accept any "walk in" customers, therefore buying off the NZPWI Store website is the only option.
- How quickly will I receive my order?
We will endeavour to get your order to you within 3 working days of your payment being verified. However sometimes, we may need to order in new stock from our suppliers to fulfill your order. We will contact you if that is the case.
Which payment method you use will have a great effect on quickly you receive your order. For more details, please read How can I pay for my order?.
When we send your order away, you will receive a "Your order has been shipped" email from our warehouse.
- Will you be offering WWE Tagged Classics/ROH/UFC/Pride DVDs?
Not at this stage, however we are constantly evaluating our product range.
- Do you sell WWE posters/t-shirts/figures?
Not at this stage, however we are constantly evaluating our product range.
- I don't live in New Zealand. Can I still order?
The NZPWI Store only services orders to New Zealand postal addresses. You'll note that you can not choose any country other than New Zealand at the Checkout as a result. If an order is placed with a delivery address outside of New Zealand, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded, although a service fee will apply.
- I'm not happy with my order - can I get a refund?
If there is a fault or other problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem so we can rectify it. We'll gladly swap any faulty product, give you credit or a refund.
- I haven't received an order confirmation / any email from you, why not?
You should receive your order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of ordering and we'll generally reply to your queries within 24 hours. If you have not received our email, we recommend you check your Spam / Junk mail folder. Some users (such as those from Xtra or Yahoo) may need to log in to their Webmail to view their Spam. We recommend you add us to your "Safe List" so that you continue to receive communication from us.
